My friend Cindy Dollar and I recently spent a wonderful evening with the Duke of Dick himself, Steve Holmes.  Our evening began with a quick stop for dinner at our favorite five-star joint but, as you would expect from a couple of swanky sexaholics like ourselves, traditional cuisine wasn't on the menu. Instead it was Steve who was the 'dong du jour', and both of us got a big fat heaping helping of his tasty tubesteak. And for dessert I helped make a nice salty man-shake that Cindy sucked down to the last drop.
